Excellent communication via Whatsapp and warm greetings upon arrival. Spotless room and bathroom with a great shower head. Comfortable bed and a TV with English-speaking channels. The safety measures were top-notch, including an electrical door and gate access. The roof terrace was a great addition. I highly recommend Residencial La Fonte for a great stay.

This hotel was perfect! Clean rooms, good facilities, and great location near the centre. The staff were helpful and provided a map, recommendations, and even arranged a cab for me. Plus, the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus.

Christmas at our recent stay felt like home away from home. the apartments were well equipped with a fridge and kitchen to cook our Christmas meal to bag it up as leftovers. the location was one of the best we've ever experienced, situated close to the bustling pedestrian street which offered ample choice of eateries. the most pleasant surprise was the rooftop which had a balcony to enjoy the panoramic view of the city and wonderful tropical plants to add to the ambiance.

Although Christmas at this hotel was wonderful, the surrounding noise from the clubs was quite disturbing. the blaring sounds till late disrupted our tranquility, besides this, there were occasional honking horns and revving cars that contributed to the noise pollution.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main tourist street, bars and everything you may need in the Colonial Zone. the rooms were tidy with good beds, powerful ceiling fans and available AC. the staff was helpful and quick to respond via WhatsApp regarding issues with power or hot water.

Sadly, the gas stoves in the kitchen were not working consistently.

The location of this apartment was fantastic! It was within walking distance of many of the top sights and attractions. The host was also incredibly helpful and friendly, giving great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. the apartment itself was perfect for a short stay with all the necessary amenities available.

The noise outside the apartment was quite loud, even late into the night. This made it a bit difficult to sleep peacefully, as there were loud bars and people chatting in the street throughout the night.
